This is what i wanted!
So happy to get this kadhai. Prefect size what i was looking for! I wanted something for frying purpose specifically smaller size and its perfect. With small size one needs lesser amount of oil. Material is good. While frying it was steady. Just to give an idea of size, it can fry 1 medium size puri at a time. Hope it helps.

Thick, heavy and quality product
The product was really good. Very thick. I was looking for a thick wok only. Because thin wok tend to fry up veggies and this was perfect. I bought a 7.5 inch diameter wok. Not too big. Not too small. Perfect to cook for one or two person.

The kadai was unevenly made... One side of it thick and the other line... Didn't have the patience to return and order another one so left it...

A pure Aluminium Kadai
The media could not be loaded. Received today. So cannot comment on its working....Quiet a heavy one so thought it's a iron with silver coating but proved wrong. A video attached with magnet test.Size seems to be bigger.Price is bit high.Rest all OK.
