This thing is incredible ! So bright for its size, a nice pocket and hat clip, the magnets are super convenient features and number of function is fun . Takes a minute to get the hang of how to navigate through all the setting , but well worth it I hope not to lose this one .

So I have carried an olights on my keychain for years. This changed my mind almost instantly. I just received it today so I I have any issues I will update later. First it is about the size of my pinky finger. he battery came fully charged. The button is metal and very clicks. Love that it takes to presses to turn on.. the uv light will be great when staying at hotels for checking beds. This little light is packed full of features! The lamp lantern mode is going to be very useful. It has memory. To set the memory you need to turn on the brightness you want it to be set at and leave it on for at least 3 minutes. Love the momentary on! It weighs basicly nothing so I really don't feel any added weight to my keychain. It feels like it's going to be very durable. Does not feel cheep at all.

The 650 lumens is BRIGHT - way more than you'd expect from something this compact. I've used it to find my keys under the car seat, navigate power outages, and even as emergency lighting when camping. What an incredible lite. It makes working in tight places a breeze. It is incredibly bright too. I will admit that trying to figure out the press function is pretty much impossible. But if you just stick to the idiot mode and press it once for on and then press it until it's off , your good..... Great for hat use on camping trips too.

I purchased two Rovyon flashing on an Amazon Black Friday deal so I got a great price. It’s was a Christmas present for myself and started using it months after my purchase. With a slight learning curve I was ready to go. I started using this as my go to everyday light as I’m commonly in areas with no or little light and a phone light will not do. It’s a great light, light weight and small light with an intense light beam with the easy press of the button. The light intensity can be changed/ lowered with press of the button. If you want to change the preset, Leave the light on at the desired light level for a bit and shut it off. The battery lasts me a few days with moderate use and only once after intense use did have to charge it while out for the day. After a few months of daily usage and carry (EDC) I noticed a small piece of plastic in my pocket. Not knowing what it was I examined my Rovyon light and notice that it was cracked, still working but still cracked. I wasn’t too happy and in fact disappointed as I’m not certain how it cracked , would expect a more durable light as it’s not cheap. I contacted the seller and explained the situation. I expected a long drawn out process, blaming me of abusing the light and a final rejection. However, a couple of emails back and forth with photos, they told me a new light was on the way. Rovyon, stood behind their light. They first sold me on a great product, and they won me over with their commitment to standing behind their light and have me raving about it as the replacement was free. I’m a very happy consumer.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Perfect for my needs. This is the size of your pinky finger. The clip is reversible, so no need for the reversible clip. The magnets are strong. The magnet that clips to the tail is on a very thin piece of plastic, and others users had it break. I sort glued my tail on and don’t have any problems. This is a small flashlight, so that tail plastic is thin. The blue GITD doesn’t last long, but looks cool in the dark. I needed the UV light for travel, but the A5 version would be great too. The A8 has all the lights, but it doesn’t GITD.

This is a brilliant little torch, which I thoroughly recommend. I carry it regularly and find that I'm using it more and more all the time.

I haven’t had this torch long enough to comment realistically on its durability or long-term prospects, but what I can say is that it seems to defy laws of physics in its performance. For such a tiny torch it has really incredible illumination and the versatility of both the different levels of white light and the red light in particular are excellent. I have been using it on a trip abroad where we have stayed in some rural locations and it has proved invaluable for moving around outside in the dark, rummaging around in an expedition holdall and those get ups for the bathroom in the middle of the night. On the basis of its performance I can only say it is highly recommended, despite what seems like quite a high purchase price. I guess you are paying for high-tech and the resulting performance. It certainly seems well built and the magnetic clip and tail magnet add to its usability. I have put a small Victoninox lanyard on mine to make it easier to grab and to avoid drops.
