I used to use the Neutrogena T-Gel but hated the intense tar smell and how difficult it was to get it. I honestly struggle limiting my usage to 1x a week because it’s effective relief. I cycle through different shampoos and conditioners because fragrances seem to cause irritation, but this product has been truly helpful.
