Disappointed
The urn was not stainless steel, it was glass. It is not as nice looking as the picture. Plastic, okay for the kitchen counter, but not the dining room table.

Leaky. A Disappointment
size is good. Fits easily in frig. Keeps beverage hot or cold very well but the pitcher always dribbles. I do not recommend.

Breaks too easily
The glass container within the carafe shattered in less than a month. I purchased two and within 2 weeks one had broken, closely followed by the other. Apparently they need regular disassembling to avoid pressure buildup and are very, very fragile. Would not recommend this product.
