What is the warranty?** A: Hi Cathy, we make our product In Taipei, Taiwan but we are based here in Boulder CO. All support, and service is done here by me, Jonathan here in Boulder. Our warranty is 1 year full parts, replacement and labor. After 1 year we still offer support and repairs but there are fees associated with replacement parts. For example motor replacement is $10. Its a really simple device which is part of its beauty so there is not much that can go wrong with it so we offer continued support for as long as you have your device. Hope that helps. **Q: Can you change which oils you use in this or do you have to stick with one. How /what is the oil applied to this unit.** A: You can change oils easily. Just use up or empty out the old one. Swish some alcohol around (pour out excess alcohol), let it evaporate and put in your new one. **Q: Does this diffuser get clogged easily? Is it easy to clean? Easy to break the glass? Are all models replacement glasses available? Thanks** A: It’s a wonderful, elegant diffuser, does not clog easily. I’ve had mine for over 14 months (using it almost everyday) and it has only clogged a couple of times, cleaned with alcohol and it’s ready to go.! **Q: I have very active kids. This looks very breakable like you nudge the table and the bulb falls off. Is it??** A: The bulb is secured in pretty well and a nudge of the table wouldn't topple it over.
