Such good value, this was so helpful postpartum, I expected to tear (needed an episiotomy) so knew I would need this to spray while urinating. It meant I had no pain and could clean up without having to wipe lots. Just remember to use warm water!

Works just as described! Great product, compact and folds away so easy to store or travel with, also comes with its own storage bag. Easy to clean and wipe down and a must have for your birthing bag. Great for pain relief and holds a good amount of water so no need to refill it in the middle of using it. Great quality and great price.

The product itself I think is an absolute must have postpartum-especially for that first wee after birth. However, I think this product, while good, is not as good as the Frida mum one. This is down to its flow rather than the way in which it is designed. Because in actual fact the spout never comes off-whereas the other brands version does. It is also cheaper, which counts in its favour. So, overall this is a very good product.

Highly recommend getting this for postpartum. Helps to keep clean and with healing.

Ist Dusche für Po, befüllen mit Wasser dann sauber machen Po, abtrocknen, fertig ist Po. Geht sehr gut. Einige schreiben zu wenig Wasser. Wenn Wasser nicht reicht, nicht spritzen ganzen Po nur Ochsenauge. Dann Wasser reicht. Einige schreiben, zuwenig Druck. Stimmt nicht! Poflasche gar keinen Druck, Druck macht Hand! Hand drückt wenig, geringer Druck. Hand drückt stark, viel Druck. Nicht spritzen in die Po, nur an die Po! Manche sagen Schimmelbildung. Wenn Schimmelbildung, Pflege von Poflasche zu wenig, Poflasche schimmelt nicht von selber. Ich leere vollständig aus, zerlege und lagere auf Heizkörper. Dann Poflasche schnell trocken. Nach jedem Spritzen, so bleibt sehr lange sauber. Habe drei Poflaschen. Für Arbeit, Zuhause und Mobilität. So spritzen Po immer und überall. Po dann immer sauber. Bitte Po gut abtrocknen sonst Po schnell wund. Sehr unangenehm. Sonst Puder besorgen für Po. Wichtig Poflasche nach spritzen immer gleich trocken machen dann gute Hygiene.

Produit indispensable en cas de points de suture au périnée ! Permet de bien nettoyer la zone après chaque passage aux toilettes, sans utiliser de papier. Le jet d'eau permet également de soulager les éventuelles douleurs/picotements des points. Facile à remplir et à utiliser. Pochette fournie et embout rétractable pour le rangement. Utilisé après mes 2 accouchements (épisiotomie + déchirure) jusqu'à cicatrisation des points. À glisser dans chaque valise de maternité !

Deberían recomendarlo en todas las consultas prenatales. Ayuda mucho al aseo (e incluso tratamiento) en esos primeros dias tras el parto.
