Got this for my grandmother who is getting older and who is having more and more problems moving around. It elevates to help her get out of her seat. Now it is the center of her house and everyone wants to try it out. Add to that a messager and a heat feature and you have a great lounge chair.

This recliner is great. Lift function is just what was needed and lifts high for ease of getting in and out of chair. Very comfortable. Using the massager has become a nightly routine. Assembly little tricky, but finally got it. Would recommend this recliner. Well worth the money.

It wasn’t as easy as it says. We are elderly and have always put furniture together but because our eye sight and muscle mass isn’t what it used to be. The right side of the top is still not tight as the left side.

The backrest constantly vibrates. I followed their troubleshooting and I could not turn it off. They list the solution, but not who to contact. I would like to get this fixed.

We bought this chair for my Father-in-law. He has dementia and is struggling to get up. The chair helped him get up when he needed to use the restroom and it really relaxed him when his anxiety would be really high. He would turn on the heat and take a nap. I needed a receipt for the chair and the customer service replied quickly. We have owned the chair now for 8 months and it's holding up really well. Definitely happy about the purchase!

This chair would be okay if it had the cable that makes it lift. What good is a lift chair that does not lift. I wrote the company several times and they kept wanting to send me the heat/massage cable. I explained that I had that one and they told me the lift cable was built in so it could not be missing. I gave up on them. The chair is useless to me, I need one that lifts. *I am revising this. They contacted me again and helped me figure out what part I needed. They promptly sent it and my chair works! I love it.*
