Wow - this is fantastic! Easy & quick to set up, and boy, does it pack a punch! I suffer from stress and tension which I hold in my back and shoulders, and was a little sceptical at just how effective this massager would be, but it's honestly amazing. It massages deep into the muscle, and I was only sitting in a chair, leaving back on it gently. It seems to reach all the right places, under the shoulder blade, etc. The different directions of the massage tips reach different muscles and sometimes one direction feels more effective than the other. I can imagine this would be perfect to do pre-bedtime, to really relax you. The only reason I originally gave four and not five stars was because there is a click coming from the left side of the massage tips, which detracts a bit from the relaxing nature of it, but also makes me wonder if there is something catching as it rotates, since the other side doesn't do this. But it is incredibly effective as a massager and it only arrived an hour ago! I highly recommend it! Addendum: I have since bought another one for a friend, who absolutely loves it.

I’m quite impressed with this product when you lay down on it the pressure is really good and it really does get into the knots. Works well on all parts of your body and is much more relaxing than holding a massage gun yourself 100% recommend for people that suffer with back pain. Using it for 10 minutes at night before bed is so relaxing. Also, if you’re somebody who wakes up stiff in the morning, keeping it next to your bed and just laying on it for a few minutes really helps to warm up your back and get the circulation going.

Second purchase. On each occasion this has broken. The bearings go and it looses its grip/power. Latest 2 months past return window, unfortunately.

I bought this massager after getting a backache during a long drive. It certainly works, although it is almost uncomfortably vigorous; that said, I used to have a $1000+ Osim massage chair that wasn’t significantly more comfortable. I think all these “rotating ball” type back massagers all feel the same. This one comes with a 12V car adapter but it is too thick and lumpy to use while driving. I somehow thought it could be used like a car’s massaging seats. Nope, too thick/uncomfortable to have in the small of your back while driving. But… it is cheap and I can’t argue that it works.

Very pleased with this product, a lot better than I thought it would be. In fact I went and purchased a second one for my daughter.
