Kindly let me know the thickness of the mattresses

The mattress is only 2 inches thick, and hard. I ended up getting a "gel infused" foam mattress at Walmart (twin size - I had to cut to size) and that made the mattress much more comfortable. I also found on Amazon a cot size mattress pad to hold those two together and make it even more comfortable.

Does the bed come made or do I have to build ?

The bed is completely made with the exception of the wheels! I’m 76 yrs. old , it took all of 5 minutes to accomplish. This bed is well made . I sleep on it myself every night !

What is the return policy?

I have a Prime membership at Amazon.com. That’s were I purchased it. With them I could return it for free.
