PF-05 - Druckkopf by Canon

Is this the same at canon pf-05 usa 3872b003aa? will it work in a usa printer?

Is this pf-05 left or right printhead ?? the ipf 8400 printer does reject the printhead unless they are specifically right and left. thanks.

are these printheads factory sealed, brand new print heads???
