Value for money, and easy to swallow
Easy to take, the tablet is small, easy to swallow value for money because there are so many and it also has the K2 in it. Take is with any sort of fat, because that will absorb it in to the body.

This is actually low dosage
If you take these and you do a blood check and you just hit below 30. Pop two. Its safe! Do your checks and thank me later. Also look up T cells eating cancer cells under Oxford university youtube. Why the world has not seen this is beyond me. Don't go OTT just research and take time as we are all different with different needs and remember there is no money in the cure.

I have found this to be a consistently high quality and reliable product with no noticeable adverse effects on my health. I have repeatedly read that D3 and K2 should be taken together so I appreciate that they are combined in this one health supplement. The large value pack lasts along time. I have been very happy with this product and I have no issue in recommending it. There are many similar products on the market but I have stuck with this one.

Use it daily. I mainly got it for hair, skin and nail health. Nails are not looking any better after months of daily use. But, my skin is looking healthy. I'll keep at it. Taste is like putrid, muddy grass clippings. Horrible. But, that's the facts of meds, I guess?? I chase it with some juice or milk.
