Not useful for more than a few hours away
This thing keeps going offline. We counted on leaving it while traveling and 2 hours in the device went offline (with a full charge). Additionally during the first day of testing the device started making weird tones on its own which made me have to restart it. I think the software is not designed well and is not resilient enough to be trusted as a more than a few hours away unattended solution. Will be sending back upon my return for sure.

Wow! Amazing durable pet caring robot & good price
Wow! A very creative and amazing product for taking care of pets. I love the idea of this pet-caring product, to have a robot taking care of our pets, serving them snacks, watching over them through its HD enhanced camera while we are at work just from our smart phones, thar's lovely!!

My puppy loves it
I bought this device a while ago, at first i didnt think it will be as useful, but once my dog got used to it which took like 2 days its been great. Even when am at work my puppy is always active he loves it when i talk to him via the mic and gets really excited. the treat dispenser is amazing feature as well. This is a must buy for all pet parents who really wants to keep in touch with their pets when they are away.
