Very nice knife!
This knife is a keeper. It's a hefty knife, but it is well balanced. So far, it's stayed very sharp, all I had to do is strop it occasionally, and it has held its edge very well.

This will dull your blade
The block is functional but its just roughly cut acrylic with no medium to separate the hardened surface of block from your blade. I put parachute chord in it and it will do, i would not have bought it to showcase my finest clever had I known this

Works fine
This simple plastic knife holder supports the 7" cleaver just fine without tipping over, and looks nice. I would prefer it didn't have the logo printed on the side, but I just turned it backwards and it's blank on the other side. I got it free with the purchase of a cleaver.
