Review: Stopped working within a couple of months -- dead brick now. - I bought this product as it was a really good value per Mb for data archiving -- and it worked fine initially -- however within a couple of months, and only two or three boots/usages (since I backup only once a month), it has now stopped working -- cannot be even seen in Seagate ToolKit, nor in Windows File Manager nor in Computer/HardDisk Management. What a waste of money this was!!

I bought this product as it was a really good value per Mb for data archiving -- and it worked fine initially -- however within a couple of months, and only two or three boots/usages (since I backup only once a month), it has now stopped working -- cannot be even seen in Seagate ToolKit, nor in Windows File Manager nor in Computer/HardDisk Management. What a waste of money this was!!

It is not Seagate Firecuda drive and is only 5400 rpm instead of 7200 rpm. Not as advertising.
