What is included in this set?

The set includes a stand, rocket, parachute, and launch controller. The only additional thing that I had to buy was a pack of motors.

What is mot included in the kit that will be needed to fly it?

You need engines, recovery wadding, and 4 AA batteries to get this kit in flight, depending on the engine pack you buy, the 24 a, b, c engine pack includes 30 starters, 28 plugs and 72 recovery wadding.

what is the delivery charge

I bought mine at Michael's Craft store, the whole kit was about $35 excluding engines.
