Q: Does this work on metal pipes also

If it is painted it will probably strip the paint. If it is just metal should be alright.

Q: Will this product clean mold out of a rig? I have a really nice dab rig I left water in, and mold grew and is stuck to the glass and will not come off

Maybe try bleach mixed with some water it should get rid of the mold. Then rinse with water and follow with Grunge off.

Q: Is this watered down? and please state seller name

When I used to buy Grunge Off it was never watered down ,just expensive .I just use coarse salt and 91%alcohol now .much cheaper
