Quality is too bad its money wastage

this wok does not sit still on the stove. The handle will tip the wok if you dont hold onto it. Also food sticks to it like crazy and it does not retain very much heat. It looks nice but does not work as good as I thought it would. It is in a corner in my basement until I throw it out.

This wok is prone in rust if you do not clean properly..its not pure stainless steel..I do stainless steel test liquid and the result is 202 stainless which is high in carbon that can cause rusting ..not 304 or 316 that low in carbon composition

This wok is very Asian, you need a fire stove, real fire. And because it is not the heavy and high end wok or pot, this actually transfer heart very fast. Basically if anyone know Asian Chinese cooking, the black wok style, this is the maintenance free and home version. I do my lard using this and well, perfect. Then using some lard 2 eggs and a bowl of leftover rice I made my best fried rice. Always bear this in mind, if you want to use stainless steel wok or other carbon steel wok, you need to have hot wok and cold oil, you always gets a lot of smoke when cooking. And you need a base for round wok, put a ball on the floor and you blame it for rolling?
