Has anyone hair ever got tangled from using this product?

Yes! My hair is only 6 inches long. I am well versed as using hair appliances. I did 3 small sections, no problem. Fourth time it ate my hair and would not let go! I had to pry viny sections loose, finally cut the rest and this was on TOP of my hair! Must have registered that it was tangled because it shut itself off. I was about to send this home with my 11 yr old granddaughter (long hair) but not now! It goes in the trash. OUCH!

Is there a way to lock it in the off position? I cannpicture it accidentally getting turned on in a gym bag or luggage and starting a fire.

You have to hold down the on button for it to come on. It also comes with a bag to keep it in while you travel! & the outside of it surprisingly doesn’t get hot!

Will this work on super long hair? My hair is past my waist and typically doesn’t work or gets stuck in auto curlers. Will my hair get stuck in this?

I would say No. It might curl part way up but I tried it on my grand daughters hair (which is long), and it would not curl all of hers. We didn't have any issues with it getting stuck.

How long of hair is too long to use with this curler product? Also what size curls does it make?

My friend has hair down almost to her waist & it worked fine! & the different heat settings make different curls! Also depends on how long you hold the hair in the curler!

Product was very good if the product comes with the battery that doesn’t die in 2 min. Terrible battery The worse thing is I asked to return the item and they are aaking me to pay AED 250 and the product is AED 350!! ABSURD!

Klasse Produkt, Ich hab es mir gekauft da ich nie locken hin bekommen hab. Mit diesem Gerät schaffe ich es perfekte locken zu machen :). Das einzige bei dem ich mich beklagen könnte wäre die Akkulaufzeit, bei meinen langen dicken Haaren hat das Gerät kurz vor der letzten Strähne kein Akku mehr. Ansonsten liebe ich das teil🧡

When i got the product i found charger is missing plus manual instruction is missing and i tried to operate the machine it is not working . I tried to raise the issue to customer care .They noted my issue but i can't see any action they have taken as no update they have provided regarding the replacement of product.
