Hello, Can anyone tell me what is the inner height of the lid in cm? Just wondering how tall a bowl or plate of food I can put under the lid. Thanks.

There's a concave dip from the highest point down to the base of the handle, so I'd say you its about 6cm at its lowest point. However the concave dip is about 13cm in diameter and the lid is about 7.5cm high at that point.

Can you close off the steam vent completely?
