I love the texture, which is more chewey when mixed with a little unsweetened almond milk. I purchased this to assist me with those nagging hunger cravings I somtimes get. With the premeasured scoop that was included (thank you for that!), just one or maybe two scoops are all I need. I really did not think it would be a sufficient amount at first to do anything for me, but surprisingly it was very filling. I love the fact there are no additives. I purchased the Original, so it has 2 grams of sugar from maple syrup. I personally do not think it is sweet at all, so have added a little of my own sweetener (like euythritol. Or xylitol), or of course go without if I choose. It may be a little more expensive than anything you would buy at a grocery store, but I know what I am getting with this product. The label is big print, with everything spelled out. Very minimal ingredient list which I love. I just purchased this, this month ( March 2018), and it has a very clear marking for the expiration, which is December 2018. The bag is very good quality as well. It is resealable, and am happy to say actually seals very easily, unlike the majority of others I have purchased that require me to dump into a different container. This bag is made so that the bottom is wider allowing it to sit upright. All of this along with the fact it is made in the USA, makes this a top rated product in my opinion.
