My husband has a very bad back, pain in the level or 9 and 10 at times. He wanted to use cold pack but they would not stay in place. So I searched Amazon to see what they have and found this. WOW this is an awesome product. The gel packs are easy to use and freeze nicely. They are no too bitter cold but really cold to use. The best thin is the wrap that goes around the waist. It is easy to use and fits the gel packs nicely. He can sit with this on, sleep with this on and do daily chores with this on. It really is a much if you have someone with backpain where you just can't get the cold pack to stay in place. This also covers most of the lower back which is really nice there is not moving the pack around, it covers the area.

Game changer for lower back pain! This item has worked great for me . The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because one of the packs already has a leak. Picture shows the liquid material has leaked out. I’m hoping the seller could send me a replacement as it has only been 2 1/2 months of use.

These reusable ice packs work really well for reducing pain and swelling. They stay cold for a good amount of time and are flexible enough to wrap comfortably around different areas of the body. The size is convenient, and having a 2-pack is very practical for alternating use. They’re easy to store in the freezer and feel durable. Great for injuries, workouts, or general pain relief.

Very nice that it come with 2, 1 to use and refreeze to use the second. Very convenient. The velcro helps it stay in place, covers the area I need it to. Stays cold for a good 20+ mins.

This works really well. They stay cold for a while and can be wrapped around a body part such as your ankle and strapped to stay in place. The velcro is very strong and keeps it in place. I ordered it for a sprained ankle and it's been a life saver.

This is a great product. I'm recovering from a foot injury and the large size of the ice pack is just the right length and width to wrap all the way around my forefoot. (I have a small skinny foot so it might not be long enough for you. Best to measure your foot to check.) The Velcro strap holds it on well. It's easy to put it on myself and it stays in place while I'm adjusting the pillows to elevate it. It holds it's cold temperature plenty long enough. It's still very cold even after 15 minutes use. It's soft and comfortable but it can be a little stiff if very frozen. It helps to knead it a little and let it soften a little before use. I prefer to wear a sock underneath to keep it from being too cold on my skin.

This started as a great product, kids loved using it for any/all ailments to their joints/muscles. They initially worked so well I purchased two sets to have 4 always on hand and chilled. However its been 3 months and three of the four packs had the gel start leaking. With 2 daughters, I now have to purchase more so there isnt a fight over who gets the one or who left it out and now its warm.I really wanted to enjoy this product, and it worked amazing... but I never had the chance to heat it up, and its ruined too quickly to justify buying the same product again.

I love ❤️ these. I get very itchy shins and these cool them off. I’ve scratched and used many different creams. These alleviate the itch without causing blood from scratching. They tame the beast.

Ich habe mir dieses Set mit zwei Kühl-/Wärmepads gekauft, weil ich mir den Fuß verletzt hatte und die herkömmlichen Kühlpads einfach nie richtig gehalten haben. Man konnte sie zwar drauflegen, aber sie sind ständig verrutscht – gerade wenn man mal nicht still sitzen will oder kann.Hier ist das anders: Dank der mitgelieferten Tasche mit Klettverschluss lässt sich das Pad ganz einfach am Fuß, Bein oder an anderen Körperstellen fixieren. Das sitzt deutlich besser und verrutscht nicht so leicht. Ein kleiner Wunsch wäre, dass man den Klettverschluss noch etwas strammer einstellen könnte – ab und zu sitzt es nicht ganz so fest, wie ich es gern hätte. Aber das ist wirklich Meckern auf hohem Niveau.Die Pads selbst lassen sich sowohl kühlen als auch erwärmen und machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Für mich eine klare Kaufempfehlung – ob bei Verletzungen, Verspannungen oder nach dem Sport: vielseitig, bequem und wirklich durchdacht.

Prodotto ottimo che mantiene il freddo o caldo in modo costante per più di 1 ora.Quando si piega il tessuto flette senza rompersi anche se a freddo bisogna attendere qualche minuto.La fascia elastica consente di applicarlo in più zone senza che si sposti.Consigliato!

Not sure why, but the ice pack, 1) does not bend well after freezing, 2) cold is not sustained or the wrap is too thick to feel the coldness.
