Review: Glad I bought it. Really seems to work. - This stuff actually does seem to perk a person up; when I have the blahs it takes some of the fuzzy edge off. I compared the ingredients to other energy drinks and this came out ahead in most respects. Directions say mix a packet with 4 to six ounces of water, so I don't try to make it go further. Mixing with cold water, by the way, is much better than using tap stuff. One caution: This flavor, Lemon-Lime, isn't bad, but it's a little like a 7-Up or Sprite that took a wrong turning in childhood. However, it seemed tacky to drop a star just because I didn't like the flavor. Others may like it and we should not argue about tastes, as that old Latin guy said, in Latin. I plan to try the other flavors. Comes in packets, which is convenient for travel.

As per the other reviews, it is very good stuff and the sugar content is only 2g per packet as compared to Emergen-C which now contains 6g of sugar per packet. Emergen-C, since being bought out by another company, has also removed some amino acids and other trace products that were in the original product and it is now just another sugar drink like Gatorade. Don't take my word for it, research the ingredients of all these products yourself. One pays a little more for this product but, at least in this case, you get what you pay for.
