Love the feel of the pan, the rozell, and even the screwdriver that was provided to fit the handle onto the pan. Very sturdy and comfy to hold. Yet to test with actual crepe making but it doesn’t seem like it’ll be an issue.

I bought this crepe pan to replace old non stick non compatible with my new induction stove, and WOW, it is awesome, amazing for crepe and egg really non stick, easy to clean and working perfectly on induction stove, this skillet come in 2 part, you have to assemble the handle to the pan (screwdriver is included in the box), the addition of the of the "spreader" is nice but I didn't use it yet.

Sartén robusto y fácil de montar. En la caja te ponen un destornillador para enganchar el mango, lo cual se agradece. Los materiales se ve que son resistentes y de calidad. En mi caso lo uso con cocina a inducción y hay que tener cuidado de no poner el calentador a la máxima potencia para evitar que se estropee. Es sartén cumple con su función, lo uso para pancakes, tostar el pan y crepes. Vale la pena.

Perfect crepe every time. No need for spreader. Better than electric crepe maker. Portable too
