Ive tried many different brands of tape. gold fp is the best , lasts easily up to 5-6 days where other brands last maybe 2 days until it starts to peel off. Well worth the extra dollars.

I have foot issues from 13 years as a teacher, and the podiatrist told me to get this. He told me to get a different brand that he said was the best brand, but this stuff worked great! I bought the spray glue stuff to make it stick better, but didn’t really need it. This tape stayed on my feet for at least 4 days, and I was showering with it on daily. You just pat it dry after each shower. It leaves dirt residue after you remove it, but I easily scrubbed that away with a wash cloth. Before randomly using this, I would talk to your doctor or physical therapist about how you are supposed to apply it. This stuff saved me from having to pay $500 for shoe inserts.

Durable even after epsom salt bath it lasts + support is very noticeable very good quality product

This is a high quality medical product. My physical therapist uses this brand and had me get some. I have bad knees and I can pretty much live in this tape 25+ days a month. It doesn't irritate the skin and it holds my joints together! I was losing my ability to walk semi regularly before my PT got me this tape. Before use: Make sure to trim and round the corners of the piece you have cut During use: The tape stays on in the shower, but wear will cause the tape to peel at the corners over the days. To prevent the corners from snagging and peeling further, trim off the loose edges with a scissors. Be careful not to go too close to your skin!

I use this all the time in and back and tight IT band. It is a game changer. It will immediately relieve pain when applied correctly. I cut the corners off so that the corners don't get caught on clothes so that it lasts longer. I keep it on up to 3 days and give a solid 24 hours rest between taping.
