Q: I’m 6’2 and 160lbs what size should I get?

I’m 5’11 180 and they’re just barely long enough for me. I got an xl and they fit fine that way.

Q: Could the pockets be sewn shut?

I guess they could be sewn shut. The material would not be visible because the pockets are a little deep. One of the reasons I like them so much is the pockets. I would suggest finding some pants that don't have pockets.

Q: Can a large cell phone fit in the pocket?

Depends on size of phone. My iPhone does fit. The fabric stretches a little. The pocket is a nice full size.

Q: When it says you can cut them for custom fit, are they talking about hemming them? I was thinking there was a built in second hem but I dont see one

I have cut and iron in a knew hem with hem tape. That’s as far as my sewing knowledge goes. See no extra hem.
