The Best for this Type of Corkscrew
If you want an excellent waiter-style corkscrew, this is the one to get. Good leverage, and the best feature is the built-in foil cutter. You will not be disappointed. Like the different colors too - makes it easy to identify, esp. if you work in a busy restaurant.

Good opener, mediocre foil cutter
Two step opener works well The foil cutter works well on standard size bottles but is slightly too small for 1.5 liter bottles .

Easy to use, lots of colors to choose from, great bladeless foil cutter means both ease and TSA carry on hassle-free. Your friends will want one like it and the fancier ones will sit unused.

Best corkscrew ever
I have been using the Italian made Franmara corkscrew for over 15 years. When its handle finally broke, I was happy to find the same corkscrew here on Amazon. Luckily, the excellent design has not been changed. Its proportions and leveraging are just perfectly balanced, and the foil cutter works every time. This is my go-to corkscrew and I prefer this over any other manual or automated corkscrew gadget that I tried over the years.

best corkscrew
This has become my favorite corkscrew. The best part for me is the foil cutter - put it on, 1/2 twist, and the foil comes off clean and neat. The 2 step feature makes it easy to pull the cork out completely - and the hinge for the arm actually moves a bit to make engagement of the bottle lip that much easier. I know - it's just a corkscrew - but definitely this one makes the job of removing the cork that much easier.
