Makes reviews very confusing! GrrrBut the speaker...this rocks. Seller has been redeemed.Very sturdy and we'll protected. I've verified it is waterproof and it does float. At 15.99 it's a steal if those are priorities. It gets very loud for its size, but doesn't quite match up to the fidelity some more expensive speakers offer if that's a key factor for you. Nevertheless, for a speaker you can drop, dunk, use as an emergency bobber and replace for next to nothing if it gets lost, I don't see how you can beat this.Note that volume buttons work, but a bit differently than most devices.
