This pasta was so good! I made a homemade vegan Impossible bolognese sauce and these noodles were a perfect companion. Really great texture and taste. Tasted great as leftovers even.

Premium Pasta!
We love this pasta! It cooks well and tastes great. You have to be very careful not to overcook it or you will be disappointed. This pasta cooks to 'Al Dente' and you have to get it off the heat . If you are used to 'mushy' pasta you will need to experiment a bit. Cooked as it should be, it will refrigerate and reheat without degrading to mush.
