My plant was perfect when it arrived. The packaging was the best I've ever seen with a shipped plant, and I've bought tons. There were no damaged leaves, nothing bent or broken or discolored, no pests and seriously, the plant wasn't even stressed. My experience was just perfection. A heat pack was wrapped around the little growers pot and the entire plant and pot were within a metallic bubble sleeve (which I assume is for retaining heat) which I really appreciated during the winter. I didn't even have to ask. And it's now been a few months since I received my plant, and I have nothing but good things to say. I purchased another plant from this company yesterday... It is a little more expensive than some others of the same type that I had seen, but a few dollars is worth it for the peace of mind and knowing that it will be shipped with the utmost care. I've even recommended Rooted to other people, and my sister ordered her first plant from them the other day. I don't recommend many companies, and I don't do so lightly. The plant arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Delivery time was about 10-12 days (a bit longer than expected). The plant looks vibrant and happy. I expect to enjoy this plant for some time to come.

Got this as a gift for my dad. This plant came with multiple baby plants (about 4 additional plants with the main plant). Plant was in healthy condition. Would highly recommend!

My plant arrived completely wilted and despite attempts to revive now it looks like it’s just plain dying. Super disappointed.

I can’t believe how healthy it was when it arrived. My postal carrier shoved it in the mailbox sideways but it only lost one small leaf. It’s a lovely, cute little plant. I have already ordered more plants from rooted!
