I have been taking it every day for the past week, and by day 3, I have been feeling so full of life. I'm not sure what it is, but these do just as much, if not more for you mind, than your body. I’m on my third bottle. I start my day with these along with omega-3‘s and some healthy sea salt in my water. It’s been a positive on how I feel.

Little green, solid and uncoated pills. Dark in color like spirulina. I find them easy to swallow. Full spectrum amino profile with emphasis on the "essential" aminos. The powdered form of amino acid supplements is great to add to smoothies but so many complain about the taste. That unpleasant taste is their nature. The pill form is the alternative. Take your pills along with your smoothie side by side. Yes, no? Anyway, be happy, the price is good for a two-month supply of this high-quality supplement.
