The memory works flawlessly, and my daughter's laptop runs much better, particularly with all the tabs she likes to keep open on her browser. It was a top of the line A10 APU, 17" touch screen in its day, so I replaced the spinning platter with an SSD and boosted the RAM from 6GB of much slower ram to 16 GB of 1600 mhz using this kit. The difference is like night and day. APU's needed the fastest RAM they could get since system ram was also video ram and this kit maxes out the clock for this system. I also found it to be very compatible with no issues at all.
