Review: Reduced oil consumtion on 04 Infiniti I35 - I own a 2004 Infiniti I35 witch is basically and 03 Nissan Maxima. Prior to using this oil I was using the Royal Purple API licensed full synthetic oil. This car has a tendency to burn oil. And after searching online forums I found out that for this motor that's pretty common. The car was burning about half a quart every thousand miles. This issue was not helped at all since I'm a pretty aggressive driver. So needless to say I wanted to do something about the oil because I have ruined a motor from oil starvation and don't really want to change my driving habits that contribute to the problem. So I figured I'd give this oil a try and see if it alleviated this issue. After a thousand miles of regular driving, witch I have not taken it easy on the car, I checked the oil and it had dropped as usual but not as much as before. Instead of the usual half quart that i would have to ad I only added 1/4 of a quart. So at this point I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
