I have been buying this CLA for years. It is economical, has no taste but are larger pills, not as large as some of the other companies CLA. I have no stomach discomfort from it and appears to be a good quality.

Good size bottle for the price. I’ve found these really help with body comp/weight loss when I’m in a cutting phase and keep my blood sugar level. These are a repeat buy in our house. We won’t be switching brands. There’s no taste, the gel caps are smooth, although a bit larger (think size of a normal fish oil pill). They aren’t sticky at all in the container and I’ve never had one rupture in the bottle.

I just started this today. Mainly, I cannot take anything that makes me jittery. I am only 5'1" and a very small frame, so when I gain 3-5 lbs, it's like 10 lbs on others. I was at my goal weight and then I turned 47. :( I slowly gained a lb or two and the lbs don't come off as easily. I'm happy and remarried, so I actually eat better now, but I'm mostly pretty low-carb--and yet I am still up a few lbs. I also work from home running two companies. When I'm outbound, I don't each much working in the field, but then I'll be so hungry at the end of the day -- I'll eat late -- defeating the purpose. ANYWAY - I needed something to help me not want to eat when I shouldn't, but not drastically because I only want to lose a few lbs. I won't take diet pills per se. Today, I took one CLA pill with coffee and then another one after the gym. The recommended dosage is 3, but for my size, 2 should be fine. I have had very little appetite or cravings like I usually have. Actually no cravings at all. I don't feel hungry and it even boosted digestive system a bit which is something else I live with-- constipation. I'll check in in a couple weeks to see if I've lost any weight or at least inches in my midsection. So far so good.

Use this in conjunction with a couple of other homeopathic medicines to help my brain fog and my clarity. Really works!

It’s always a great price… when purchased as a subscribe & save item. The quality seems to be great, year in and year out. I’ll continue to purchase my CLA from Nutricost Brand as long as they make it. The capsules are large oval shape. Almost no discernible flavor or scent. I don’t recommend taking with other pills, the capsule skin can kind of mush with the other pills and cause a slight gag effect. It’s helped my weight to diminish and then maintain a healthy weight afterword. I’m a big fan.

I tried Nutricost CLA for a while but unfortunately didn’t see any noticeable difference while taking it. The pills are on the bigger side, and you do have to take three at a time, which might be a downside for some people. That said, I had no issues with swallowing them, and there was no aftertaste at all. The gel capsules went down smoothly and didn’t cause any discomfort. Overall, it just didn’t work for me personally, but it may work differently for others.
