We set it up in our basement with a 90 inch ceiling. My 11 year old can jump without hitting his head, but he has to be careful. I would recommend only one person jumping at a time. When 2 kids were bouncing it threw off the balance, because it isn't very heavy. It wants to slide around on the hard floor, so I am going to try to fix it to the floor. It fits in our upstairs living area that is really our workout slash play area.
