Q: Does this cable come supplied with dust caps?

Tiny plastic caps cover the ceramic outputs. Careful, don't lose.

Q: Why is it coloured aqua? Surely if it’s OM4 it should be purple?

Don't know why colour is aqua, but is bi-directional and 10Gbs

Q: Can the ends be unclipped and swapped over?. We have some installations where we need to swap rx and tx on one end?

No, the ends on these are fixed / sealed and cannot be swapped around. You may need to look for someone who'll custom make a patch lead to your spec for this requirement.
