My drop-in and kick-flip days are behind me but this cruiser is just awesome. Rides smooth, nice long turns feel great and as my first open wheel board I am discovering new maneuvers that won’t land me in the ER….hopefully! It’s been over 30 years since I road a skateboard and never a longboard. I’m loving this like a big kid. It’s smooth and coasts a long way with little effort. Just be aware of down hill speeds.

I saw this board at the mall for $160 and wanted to buy it right there. I heard good things about Santa Cruz and looked on amazon to see if I could get it shipped to my house. It was my first longboard although I have had experience riding the Atom longboards that a few of my friends own. I have ridden this thing for miles a day easily. It has very little trouble with riding on bad roads and I just started learning to slide on it with the slide gloves. The only problem I did have with this board when I first got it was that the trucks were slightly to tight for carving and the turning wasn't the best on it due to the tightness, which was an easy fix with a ratchet. The board is a smooth ride and I highly recommend this board to anybody who is looking for a sturdy board that will be able to do simple tricks and go long distance.

I’ve never long boarded before and I got on this thing and went up and down my street for about an hour and I already feel like I’ve been riding for a year. This board is so amazing to learn on its so sturdy and it goes so smoothly I simply cannot describe how much joy the board brings me to ride. For the price this board is a score BIG TIME. The components are so nice and so well built I won’t have to replace anything on this board for a long time. I would 100% recommend this board to anyone experienced or not.

As a first time longboarder I couldn't be any happier. Arrived exactly when it said it would, came assembled straight out of the box. The first thing I noticed was the colors!! Detail is splendid and it looks incredible. Definitely going to show it off from now on. I admit I was nervous as I have never rode a longboard but I was happily surprised at how simple it was. Rides super smoothly, turns very easily without having to loosen the trucks (I believe that's that they're called, yes?) I found it very easy to balance on. Also handles bumps and rocks etc very well, glides right over them.. Within reasonable size, of course. ;P I will say it went pretty fast going downhill or down slopes which made me a tad bit nervous but I know it isn't a fault of the board - I simply need to practice. :) I will definitely use this as my main way to get around town from now on. If you're considering getting this board.. Do it!!! You won't regret it.

Ive one one of thses boards before and it was awsome ordered a new one to get back into it and got 30 meters from my driveway and it snapped on me causing me to come off and injure my elbow knee and shoulder ….are they cheap knockoffs or what ….want my money back definitely

Why a brand new board uses for the 1st time gives clicking sound from front and back whenever I make a turn in either direction? Is it faulty? Can I exchange a new one?
