I was really just looking for a backup shower head to use while I was soaking our other one to get it clean but have decided to use this one permanently. It does not come with a hose or any fittings, just the head itself but in my case that is exactly what I was looking for. It has good water flow on all settings and is easily adjusted while the water is running. It is all plastic and very lightweight which I don't consider a bad thing as long as it's sturdy and well constructed. Our last shower head was also an inexpensive model that has lasted for almost three years now so we'll see has this one does. So far this shower head is working well and I'm happy with this purchase. I connected a nice $40.00 shower massage unit and guess what that $40.00 unit quit putting out water in 2 weeks. I'm not sure what the problem was but I didn't want to spend another $40.00 till I figured out if the problem was the unit or operator error. I bought this cheap shower head to get me through till I figured things out. Well I've had no repeat problems, I use it all the time and lets face it I'm pretty abusive to it. If it goes bad I'll buy another one.
