The plant comes securely packed in a box with bubble wrap, the palm fronds are mostly wrapped separately in a bag inside the box when it arrives but it literally only takes a few minutes to take out and fit them into place on the stems, then you bend them into position so you can give it that realistic palm shape/customise the shape of your plant at the same time. All done! There are no instructions in the box but there is a card included that you can scan and it leads to a video of how to assemble it and shape it (the video is on the listing too so no need to worry if you can't scan it by phone) and is worth a watch as you can see how quick and easy it is to set up. It has a heavy base so it doesn't easily topple over (I placed mine in a decorative pot as well though as the pot it comes in looks basic).
