Simply squeeze a small quany in the palm of your hand, rub and dry for about 10 seconds. Wash with mild soap and water. Directions: 1. Clean and dry hands 2. Shake contents well 3. Apply a small amount of liquid grip into your palm 4. Rub your hands together 5. Spread evenly 6. Fan them dry for 10 - 20 seconds 7. Re-apply as necessary for best results 8.
