This product is perfectly what I was looking for. It’s sturdy, heavier than I thought and complements my kitchen’s style and decor. nicely. A nice surprise was how adjustable the water flow can be and that the secondary handle keeps that setting. It was also great that it arrived the next day for my plumber to complete installation.

Great product and great experience
Let me start off by saying when we first received the pot filler we were very impressed with how solid it felt and how nice it looked The only problem was I didn't have a half inch NPT nipple to install it with. I emailed the seller and he was extraordinarily accommodating and sent me the nipple. It was very easy to install and it's a great compliment to our beautiful kitchen as you can see in the picture. thank you to the seller

It worked well until the handle fell off. There seems to be no way to get it back on
