Perfect
Well made and holds my phone FIRMLY. Extremely easy to install. My only complaint is that I have to remove my phone case otherwise it won't hold it but it's because my phone case is just a bit too thick.

Hangs on to your phone no matter what!
I always use my phone when I ride my bike. Finding a phone mount that allows access to the screen, won't drop my phone, and doesn't enclose my phone causing it to overheat in the sun has been a long journey. This mount locks in and has been so reliable that I got one for my motorcycle too. I trust it on the freeway the same as a surface street or bike path.

This works great on my motorcycle, where being rock-solid and having a dependable grip is crucial.
The only reason I didn't give this the 5th star is because it is very adjustable in two dimensions, but not in the vertical one. This means that (for me) it is pointed downward slightly too much. On the other hand, this almost eliminates any problems with glare. It makes a very mild rattling sound, but I can hardly hear it over the sound of the engine. On the other hand, I grips the phone securely and won't drift the way a lot of other phone-holders do. It might be overkill for a bicycle, but it's perfect for a motorcycle.

Had to remove it
I really wanted to leave a good review for this, because the mechanism to hold the phone works great and it looks really nice on the bike. It rattles a little bit when the phone is not mounted, but if you put a rubber-band around it, it stops the rattle – that was tolerable. The intolerable part was the mount… It looks really good, coming off the base of the mirror on my Vespa Primavera 150. The problem is that the mirror could not maintain a firm hold no matter how hard I tried to tighten it. Every other day I'd be mid-ride and my mirror would loosen and flap back. I finally gave up and removed the mount.

Holds phone tight
I bought two different phone holders and I like this one the most. Really easy to put phone in and out and to lock it in. Holds phone very tight, has not vibrated or loosened over time.

Crucial Joint is the fault.
It fit on the mirror joint of my motorcycle. It was off to a good start. However, the swivel joint that keeps the phone in place keeps slipping away, no matter how much I tighten that back screw. Contemplating putting glue in it just to keep it in place.*UPDATE After 1 year*: On top of the above issues, I also forgot to include how mounting the bracket actually screwed up my mirrors. Fiddling around with the bolts took a while, because you need to screw in the mount, and the mirrors at the right angle. But as of 1 week ago, the thing dropped my phone twice in 1 day. Had to get a new phone. It was already having an issue of loosening up for about a month, and wasn't the first time it dropped my phone, but this last time really killed it. Even though staying out in the sun all day (and in this summer, 100+ weather), and being exposed to a bunch of elements might require one to protect it while sitting outside with a cover, it still wouldn't prevent such an issue from happening when the spring is having issue clasping the phone tight. But a cover to come with might help a SLIGHT bit.

One star off cuz it's a static arm not twisty(but I knew that)
By design, mirrors on scooters screw in. So you can't install this with the arm too angled up or it gets in the way of the mirror you're twisting in to place. It took the nut and phone mount part off to make the twist/install of the base easier. For example I have a 2019 50cc Roughhouse. I had to angle the arm down so my phone is only mountable horizontally. This is fine for my needs but it's worth noting and taking away any functionality, in my opinion, is worth removing a star.Other than that it feels sturdy and I'm happy with it.

Solid
This phone holder is solid and doesn’t vibrate too much. The installation flange provided the flexibility I needed on my Burgman.
