Not only are these durable, they fit into openings of spice jars, have US and metric equivalents, and rest level on counter so any liquid being measured doesn't require two hands.

I love the looks of these stainless steel measuring spoons, and that is part of the reason I bought them. However, the coffin shape is difficult to wash because of the high straight sides versus a round measuring spoon that has saucer shape. Also I have baked for many years and this shape of measuring spoon, (while a very cool design) isn't as easy to use if you are measuring something like peanut butter or just butter. Just not as easy to remove.I didn't wish to return them because they're a nice set and handy to have on hand for extras.

These are nice and stack and store easily.

The bent handles make them harder to hold. But I've realized that the down-slopes at the ends of the handles keep the spoon contents level when you set them on the cutting board/counter. That's pretty ingenious!

I had high hopes for these spoons. For me, good measuring spoons are a must for cooking. They must be easy to use, accurate, and sturdy. These were my second failed brand attempt. The picture shows the individual spoons resting on the counter. At first, I thought this was just to show the spoons, but the ring kept opening while cooking. I want the set to remain together so I can measure different ingredients in a recipe without having to look for my spoons. When separated, it is too easy to misplace loose spoons. When I used these, I found the design frustrating. The curved ends of the spoons became stuck within the ring, which popped open multiple times. Once the ring opened, the spoons fell to the floor. This happened after even I put the spoons back in order and fastened the ring securely.The pros: The bowls of the spoons are very nice - smooth edges and I believe they are accurate. They nest well. The bowls easily fit into spice jars. Cons: The description said that these are quality spoons, but they seem a little flimsy/thin. The main problem for me is the design of the handles - wider in middle and top and curved under at the end. Artistic perhaps, but this caused problems with the ring opening and spoons falling. I am returning for another manufacturer and design. I want no fuss spoons as I cook/bake. These did not work for me. Wishing you better luck.

Sturdy

I've moved a few times and apparently am excellent at losing measuring spoons in the process. I'd had some cheap, flimsy aluminum (?) ones that sort of did the job. But they were round and lightweight and I hated using them.My friends and I get together on Thursday nights and I cook. I'd sucked it up and used my less than mediocre spoons until I hit the breaking point. Now I don't know why I waited so long! These spoons have a nice heft to them, they nest easily, they're rectangular! (I really don't like having to stick my round teaspoon into a spice jar 3-6x because the tablespoon won't fit!), the measurements are engraved- no more rubbing off measurements because they were >printed on<, and they have 3/4 tsp. and 1/8 tsp.! Check the other models- not all of them have 1/8!If you have friends or family that like to cook or need a housewarming gift or a wedding present or for a kid going off to college/first apartment these would make a great gift- that assuming they don't lose them like I do in transit- should honestly last a lifetime of normal use!

I love that they sit flat without rocking back and forth on the counter and the contents don't spill. They seem to be durable, however I think they could be a little heavier duty, if you really try you can bend them, but who will purposely do this??? They fit nicely in spice jars which is the reason I bought them. They are engraved and the engraving is good quality so I don't think I will ever not know which is which. You can remove them from the ring or keep them together when you use them. They are made in China, someone was asking and I think is important this information is disclosed on websites like Amazon. Overall I would buy again if needed.

Does exactly "what it says on the tin". Fits inside spice jars, lies flat and still on the counter, such a fantastic design compared to the other sets I've used all my life! Also very pleased with the quality of the product. Good heft in the hand, and the measurements being grooved in rather than just printed on means they won't wear off with repeated washing. Very glad I found these!

Still getting used to these, but at least they are more robust than my previous plastic slim line version. My only slight criticism is that when you are holding them in one hand they are hard to shake out and separate to get to the one you want as they are so well shaped that they nest each other and when they hit your hand it can be a bit painful. Also that the interior curve is quite steep so sometimes food sticks to the inside of the spoon instead of tipping straight out which could slightly affect your measurements. I love that the measurements cannot be rubbed out and that they will probably last a lifetime of baking. I chose them because they fit into small sized containers for spices etc.

I had no idea the that a flat bottomed spoon you can easily rest on the counter without rocking and rolling would be such a big deal. The TBSP makes mixing medicines for my dog (and me) simple, accurate and with way less mess, and the smaller ones work great for measuring powders (cinnamon, turmeric, etc)I could have been using these for years instead of fighting not to spill any stuff out of the rounded ones.... if I had only known.Yes it is a bit tricky to get thick liquids out of the corners but all it takes is a little patience and still saves on clean up time.They wash easily and seem very durable (no rust or anything after a couple months use)I am very happy with these spoons and I highly recommend them.

These are great, so good that thye go down to 1/8 teaspoon, which means you get a really exact meaure on spices. Thye look very smart and I hope will be easy to clean, being stainless steel. They fit neatly into a drawer withour taking up too much space.

I recently purchased these measuring spoons after extensive research and a reasonably solid knowledge base on quality kitchen products. The set I originally had intended to buy were of very good quality stainless;beautifully polished with many of the same attributes as these, but were an elongated oval shape, and I thought the slim rectangular shape would be best. Every review I read was emphatic over the quality and satisfaction with these spoons. I ordered them on line, and within hours of my purchase they went on sale for two dollars less. They arrived well packed in good condition and rather quickly considering they came from a third party(not amazon prime.) They are heavy, well constructed, fit together perfectly and stand solidly on the counter when using. The only thing that surprised me was that not one of the reviews even hinted that they were not finished well on the sides just below the bowls. Mine are almost roughhune in appearance. There are distinct scratches and striations as if each was given a quick stroke with a file to remove burrs from the manufacturing process, but never finished to a smooth surface. Granted, I am particular about such things, but who shouldn't be? I've decided to keepthem, and hopefully be able to smooth them to where I find them acceptable, but I'm still amazed that none of the other buyers has mentioned this. I tried to contact the seller, but found it not as easy as I expected to speak with anyone about this. I still regard these spoons as a good quality product, of excellent design, and I'm sure they will last a lifetime. It's usually the little things that disappoint me. Good product. Not perfect. I
