It's perfect for what I need. I like the convenience of the collection tray. Its so fast and easy to put together and easy to use. I also like the fact I have the safety glove when using the sharp slicers. Plus there are so many other pieces for food preparation. Love the orange juicer and zester. What I truly like is that it is so thick, strong and sturdy.

No puedo estar más contenta con ésta compra. Siempre he tardado mucho en cocinar porque tardaba una vida en cortar los ingredientes. Con ésto voy rapidísima y queda todo más bonito por la perfección del corte. Vive con varios tipos de accesorios con diferentes cortes y grosor. También viene con un pelador que es una pasada. Eso sí, hay que tener mucho cuidado porque todo es súper afilado, menos mal que vive un guante de protección incluido y te protege de algún susto.

I only received my mandoline yesterday and was keen to try it out. So, today I tried the slicer on potatoes, swede and leeks. The potatoes were easy. The swede was easy as well. The leeks were ok initially but because I was holding them upright was being careful not to get my fingers caught. They all really worked well. I think the whole set up has been well thought out. All the disks sit well in the little box. There is space on the sides of the box to put the two funnel shaped disks and the end has a space for the other attachment. It says to put the finger guard into the main box but I couldn’t get it to fit. So, it sits on top which is fine. I found the whole thing very sturdy and the blade for slicing was very sharp. It is easy to hold the end of the box while using so, all in all a great piece of kit.
