Excellent Product! This is one of the nicest pieces of home exercise equipment I have ever owned. The price cannot be beat and the ease of use is exceptional. I ordered the bike and it arrived in 5 days- great service. The packaging was very sturdy and well cushioned. The first thing I saw when opening the box was a checklist of parts that was hand checked-off making sure that everything was there. Assembly took about 45 minutes with easy to read and follow step-by-step instructions. Tools (a screwdriver, wrench, and two socket wrenches) were included. Once assembled, and after waiting the recommended 12 hour period to allow the thread locking liquid I had to put on the pedals to prevent them from loosening up in the future to set, I hopped on for my first ride. I was amazed at how quiet the operational was. One of my thoughts was that I could do a workout in the same room as someone that was sleeping and never worry about waking them up- yes, it is that quiet. When folded into storage mode, it takes up a very small footprint of floor space- even so when in bike mode as well. Another aspect that is nice is the backrest behind the seat. although most exercise bikes do not have this, in my case it was a welcomed extra- with lower back issues this seatback is a constant reminder to keep good posture while riding. The digital readout is a nice feature. Distance traveled, speed, calories, and time are all shown as well as pulse rate should you decide to place your hands on the handlebar sensors. The pulse rate shown is almost the same as a separate unit I have to measure heart rate. Some reviews mention a water bottle holder and how it comes apart. It is an adjustable device that can be made wider or slimmer (to accommodate various sizes of water bottles) using a screwdriver to turn a long screw in or out. I can see how a person turning the screw too far out could have the holder fall apart, but common sense and paying attention to how far it is being turned is needed. I do not use it for a water bottle, but rather have place a Solo-sized cup in the holder to store my tv remotes for easy access during my rides. Customer service so far has been great. I received a welcome note from the seller the day after receiving the unit (they asked that I reply to let them know how the unit arrived and if I had any questions) and replied back to them on a Friday night. I received a reply that very weekend. Further correspondence about my pleasure with the bike has been answered as well. To wrap things up, this bike is definitely worth the $$$ and then some- I would have paid much more for this piece of equipment. It is very sturdy and well made. Customer service is very good so far and I look forward to many years of use.

The stationary bike was easy to put together and is a great way to work out. I had a broken monitor in box but the sellers were very good about reaching out about my satisfaction and when I told them about the broken piece, they quickly sent a new one. I am made whole. The bike is stable as you peddle. The seat is comfortable or as comfortable as a bike seat can be lol. It’s easy to adjust the seat and fold the bike for storage. I haven’t noticed any noise discomfort. I can barely hear it.

I don't even know where to begin. This bike is amazing. It is well made. Sturdy as can be. Easy to get on and off of. I suffered a traumatic injury in May of last year to my lower back, and I can mount and ride it without pain or incident. It is very comfortable. I was nervous about putting it together but the instructions are exact. Took me about an hour because I did it alone and it was a first time. The ease in which it folds up is so convenient, it just takes turning a dial. The wheels make it easy to move. Best purchase I've ever made. Great value for the price. Oh, and I didn't mention the even better part, the company is very accessible, very quick response time. Extremely helpful. You will never regret this purchase!!!!

Took about an hour to assemble. The bike rides very smoothly and is a vast improvement over the bike stand I used with my mountain bike. Folds easily and is very mobile. Why 4 stars? Missing one washer and of course I had none in the size I needed. Also one welded bracket on the front vertical bars was bent don preventing the tension band's pulley assembly from fitting in. Had to straighten that out with a plier.

I only just put this together last night. The instructions say after you put the glue on the threading to screw the foot pedals in not to use it for at least 12 hours. Therefore the only time I got on it last night was to adjust the height and just make sure my pedals were going around in circle and that's it. Because I literally just got it I cannot comment on longevity of this product. However, I can say, that this thing is pretty solid. I weigh 274 lbs butt nekkid and I absolutely felt stable on this thing. Unless you're some kind of hardcore trainer like those people who like to stand up on the pedals and vigorously pedal? I do not see why you would not be able to get years and years of use out of this thing. If you're just trying to get some cardio in and be healthier and even lose some weight? I see no reason why this shouldn't be the bike for you. Especially if it's still on sale like when I purchased it. A lot of these bikes are offering the exact same thing but at much higher prices. I felt like I was going to be scrunched up on this thing because of how it feels like it doesn't unfold all the way compared to older model bikes... but if you have this same curiosity? Let me assure you that once I sat on it I was absolutely shocked at how comfortable and natural it felt to sit on it. I did not feel any extra stress on my knees once I put the seat at the right level for me. I'm not crazy about the color, but this isn't supposed to be a fashion statement in my room my room. Maybe the bright red markings means it'll be harder for me to ignore it when I walk past it LOL that is unless I start covering it with clothes... 🤣 No, I won't do that LOL I didn't do it with my last bike I won't do it with this one. The exercise bike is probably the easiest method of getting some exercise in that I am more apt to do more frequently. It's the easiest on my body and joints. Again, I will mention I felt very stable on this thing. It did not feel like it was going to teeter over. There was no clicking or creaking noises when I did test the pedals. Or even when I got on and off of it, there was no noise. There's no jiggly parts. Everything fit together quite solid and sturdy. The directions were a little bit of a nightmare at first until I got used to the diagrams. Reading through it was not the best instructions, but I was able to put this thing together by myself in an hour or less? I didn't really pay attention to what time I started. But I definitely took my time to make sure that I put it together right the first time. Cuz I was not about to have to take pieces off and redo it. It was a successful first attempt. So my advice is take your time read it. Before you open the tools and stuff, familiarize yourself a little bit with their numbers. Because the reading instructions will refer to the number of the parts. Everything that needed to be labeled to make sure you are grabbing the right pieces was labeled. Anything else you could look at it and you obviously knew that's what it was talking about. Not sure if there's really anything else I need to say. This is always a nervous purchase to make and I'm glad I made it. I think this one even fit together more beautifully than the last one I purchased (from a different company when I lived in a different state) for around the same price. Good luck to you all on your new ventures to be healthier and/or lose weight. I know it's not easy. Especially if somebody who is middle-aged, extremely overweight, and who deals with permanent nerve damage, two slipped discs, onset of osteoporosis, autoimmune disorder, and arthritis. Did I get everything? I don't know if my chronic sinusitis matters, but it probably does because if you suffer from it also you know how fatigue can make you. So somebody like me can do this so can you! Take it slow. You're not trying to win a race. You're just trying to wean yourself into a healthier lifestyle. And when you start small... Even if it's just 5 minutes for the first week every day... When you move up to 6 minutes... 7 minutes... 10 minutes every single one is a goal to be proud of. Every single one is an accomplishment and success! YOU GOT THIS!

OMG, Great exersice bike. I needed a bike to help with hip replacement PT. I was skeptical because I am used to gym bikes., but I cannot go just now. It came before it was due. Not that hard to put together. Feels very solid like a bigger gym bike. The flywheel tension feels high quality. There is a computer to measure workouts. And as I proceed with my PT I can change it from upright to recumbant. Very quiet. It just feels like a bigger high quality bike.

Great price for a solid bike for my 84 year old mom! The parts were a little difficult to match the instructions in a couple places but otherwise it went together in about an hour with just me working on it. All the parts were included, even some extra hardware. My mom uses this daily, 10-12 minutes at 2-3 resistance. It's nice that she can increase the resistance as she goes. She uses the exercise bands, too, with no issue. She likes being able to see how far and how fast she's gone, and when her 10-12 minutes are in. It folds easily and I wheel it to the side of my office when she's done with it. It doesn't take up much space at all - pretty compact for a bike that has a base solid enough not to tip over. All of the hardware fits correctly and the frame is very durable and solid. The seat adjusts through the positions easily. A great value!

I am very pleased with this exercise bike! Right out of the box, it is solid, sturdy, and substantial in weight and design. Assembly was not difficult, with the printed manual included. Did not need to use the online video. Assembly took just over one hour for one person. The parts are packed extremely organized and documented, and the design insures that parts cannot be interchangeable or confusing. The operation is smooth and sturdy. I am not a lightweight, so I am very pleased with how secure it feels to use. The electronic readouts on the console are direct and not complicated, and easy to read. I consider this an extremely good value for the money, and would recommend it to anyone looking to jump-start a little at-home fitness routine.

一週間で不具合が発生したが、速やかに代替品を送付して頂いた。代替品は問題なく使用しています。音は静かで使いやすいです。ただ、メーターのデジタルの数字が少し見ずらいので角度を調整出来れば良いと思います。

部品番号20 ラッチ8*95が入っていない。 手続きは返品しか選べない。 組立完了していて返品は現実的ではない。 対応方法はどうしたら良いのか。 評価更新 部品が１つ足りないだけなのに、マニュアル通りだと、出荷状態に解体しダンボールに梱包して返品し、新たに購入しなければならないらしく。本当に困惑した。 取説にあるメールアドレスに駄目もとで訴えたら、足りない部品のみ送ってくださいました！ 商品には満足です。ダイエット頑張ります！
