First of all, this is a great heating pad. It has a lot of temperature choices. It’s big. The cover is soft and feels nice. It lets you choose either that it stay on, or that it shuts off after 2 hours. It’s very good, except… For some reason the company decided that if you choose the 2 hour timer, it’d be a swell idea to make the control light FLASH when the 2 hours time out. Flash without ceasing. This is pointlessly annoying. Guess what; we’ve always had a signal that the 2 hours was up. A glance at the control TELLS you it’s off either way, by that same red light on the control simply turning off. Light off, time’s up, go play pickleball. Light flashing, time’s up, but It Must Be Attended To, by fishing the cord back up to grab the control, and click On/Off which isn’t the final step, nope, it turns the heat BACK ON, so you have to click it again to turn it off. Let me emphasize that the heat IS OFF. But if you don’t perform a Procedure to stop that light, it will keep flashing if you go out to your kid’s ballgame for hours, or leave Poughkeepsie to visit your aunt in Florida. It will probably flash until the power grid croaks. I’ll add that this is not the only brand that employs the flashing light. If this doesn’t bug you, it’s otherwise a recommended heating pad, but I think they should fire Dolores Umbridge from the Product Development team.

Fabulous heating pad! The temperature range allows for heat intensity for different pain types and locations. I also appreciate being able to choose the length of time the pad is on and the auto off override button. This is my second one purchased after the first pad was replaced (no hassle warranty claim). I also purchased a pad for my daughter. Make sure you are purchasing a "PURE ENRICHMENT" product as there are many look-a-likes.

This is an amazing heating pad. Works great: super soft, has six settings, and the sheer size of it is my favorite thing. I like to turn it on a lower heat, like 3 or 4, at bedtime on the 2-hour setting just to get cozy. But the main way I use it is for menstrual cramps—it has been a godsend for relieving abdominal, low back, and leg cramps that come with the not-so-friendly monthly "friend." After having mine for almost a year, a coil or wire on the inside got damaged somehow and it suddenly started flashing "F" on the remote's screen. I tried unplugging it from the wall and disconnecting the pad from the cord (which is what they recommend trying on the product page of Pure Enrichment's website) ... but no dice. Tried it several times and the issue did not resolve. So I called Pure Enrichment customer service, and they were the BEST. (I don't give that compliment out lightly.) I told them what happened, gave them my Amazon order number, and the agent said they would have a new one sent out right away (via Amazon for faster shipping). There's a five-year manufacturer warranty on this heating pad, so barring something like "I accidentally left it too close to the fireplace and it went up in flames!" ... I think they'd be very generous if replacing it for you. As long as you're doing so ethically and honestly. Oh, and my dad got one for himself. It helps him with tight back muscles and he really likes his too. He hasn't had any issues with his. Hope this review is helpful!

Overall I like the Pure heating pads. Unfortunately, this isn't my first one because it inevitably eventually stops working. I have this happen with heating pads of all brands, so can't fully hold it against Pure. But while it works, it works well. I like that it has 6 settings and the option to either stay on or auto-off. This most recent one I got doesn't seem to produce the heat as consistently. I notice the heat initially, but then it seems to fade and I have to put it up another setting.

Great Heating Pad. The 6 heating settings are great so you can go with as little heat or a lot of heat. It’s bigger than most heating pads so it covers my entire back. The thing I love most is that it has an auto shut off after 2 hours.

Great quality heating pad. I use it daily and have always been happy with this brand. I like that I am able to shut it off with one button and don’t have to go through all the temperatures.

It's big, soft, and the 2-hour timer is nice. But it loses heat pretty quickly even on the highest setting - barely warm to the touch after 30 minutes or so. I have two other heating pads that maintain heat the entire time they're on. Unfortunately other reviewers are having the same experience so it's not an isolated incident. Also, when the heating pad turns off after two hours, it blinks a red light until you unplug it or turn it back on. A wild choice on the manufacturer's part. Of course I recommend always unplugging a heating pad when not in use anyway.

I like this heating pad even though the temperature is a bit funky. The pad is soft, flexible, and a nice large size. I’ve used it on my upper back while sitting in a chair, and over my stomach to sooth an upset stomach. Sometimes on a cold evening I’ve put it on my lap to provide some warmth. I like the auto shut-off at two hours. The heat setting doesn’t seem consistent. For example, I set it at a two or three, and a half hour later it feels quite cooled down, like at a one. I’ve decided to keep it as there is a good warranty on it. So far the positives outweigh the negatives.

I ordered this based of tiktok review and i regret it i waited for this package for a long time and i received a repackaged product with shipment sticker ripped off i was honestly disgusted, when i decided to use it it only worked for 15 min didnt even feel the heat. i wanted to return it and they approved the return but no one contacted me till today.
