Good to use once a month once cycle is over
It great that there is a separate wash for menstrual cups so it makes it safe for use. This one has got a mild fragrance and natural as well as plant based so pretty good to clean the cups with.

the size of cup is bigger than of other brands
I ordrered for a medium size of Gynocup. However, the size is not mentioned in the packaging anywhere and the size seems to be a little bigger than medium.
