It’s good stuff but it’s so strong, it’s more like garlic than onion
This is a very good product but it’s not like any dried onion product I’ve used before. The taste is so strong that it’s more like garlic granules than onion granules. I soak them in boiling water for ten minutes then add them to whatever I’m cooking. They certainly zip up the flavour but a little goes a long way because they are so strong in flavour. They don’t have that harsh taste that a lot of dried onion products have. They are fantastic value for money and I’d recommend them.

Good flavour and resonable quantity. I use as an additive in BBQ rubs or to put in spice mill to make onion powder.

They are in very small pieces, perfect for when you don't have much time to cook. And flavor food. comes e. Bag but I passed it to a glass jar.
