Great bulbs - 5000K is bright
I removed the ballasts from a few of my flourescent light fixtures (laundry room, closets), rewired the fixtures and ordered these 2' 5000K LED bypass bulbs. Wow! They are bright. I probably didn't need 5000K bulbs but since I ordered them, I might as well use them. I can't talk about reliability since I modified the fixtures and started using these bulbs just a couple of days ago. But so far, I have no complaints, plenty of light, no more flourescent bulbs or buzzing ballasts. I hit the switch and these babies go right on.

Work great, easy to install, and the perfect brightness
Work great indoors under my top kitchen cabinets, easy to install while my husband was out of town, and now I'm not sure why I never took it into my hands, and they are the perfect brightness for me likes well-lit rooms and places!

Works decent
Not giving 5 stars because they only install with the focused light pointing down, but in my case the fixture is mounted to a wall, not a ceiling, so the light points to the other wall. Still works good enough because it's a closet.

Easy to install
I used them to replace 2' fluorescent bulbs in my bathroom. I had to remove the magnetic ballasts and rewire the fixtures.

Electrician needed to use as a replacement for florescent bulb
Ordered these to replace a florescent bulb that had gone out in our pantry. You need an electrician (or someone who is confident/skilled with rewiring) in order to install because you need to remove two parts from the existing light (the ballast and starter). I just wanted a replacement light that was a little more energy efficient….not worth the cost of bringing an electrician in.
