I deliberated about spending this much on an ironing board, but went for it! The ironing board folds down nice & small, it’s easy to put up and has variable height settings. The cover is great quality and my only negative comment is that it could be just a little bit longer (struggles a bit with a folded duvet cover as don’t fit very well. Despite this I would recommend this ironing board as a good buy.

Great quality product very easy to use lightweight and good looking ironing board functionality at its best if you want a small light board.

This is a great ironing board - very solid - but it arrived (as with many others) with some broken parts. I have written asking to get the broken elements replaced but to no avail. Terrible service. The ironing board could do with a shelf down below as well.

At nearly £160, and made by Joseph Joseph I expected this to be a top quality ironing board but, oh dear, it certainly wasn’t! The first one arrived with the bright yellow handle, which you are supposed to use to open and close and hang the board up from, missing! I thought at first it was a manufacturing problem, but it wasn’t as you could see the impression in the polythene wrap where it had been and the place on the board where it had sheered off. Problem perhaps then with lack of any sort of packaging to protect the board and perhaps mishandling during the delivery. There were several tears in the polythene and mud on the feet as if it had been dropped. Then had to wait in for a UPS collection. Then lost another day waiting in for a replacement by the third delivery company. I checked it over through the polythene wrap before accepting it, jolly good job I did as although this one had the yellow handle within the wrap it was broken off and loose at the bottom of the wrap. This is a factory fitted part and I can only imagine has a weakness in it’s manufacturing process. I refused this board and it was taken away! I now had absolutely no faith in this board and returned to Amazon to find an alternative. Had to speak to two people at Amazon to sort out the refund and get yet another replacement cancelled. They confirmed it had all been cancelled but then three days later I received a note through my letterbox from UPS telling me they had been unable to collect the board, which I had refused to accept, as I was out! What an absolute fiasco and waste of my time too!

This is a great ironing board. Easily adjustable, easy to fold - although my husband was baffled by it (he clearly needs more ironing practice!).It has a handy handle so you can hang it up if needed. I just put it in a cupboard, but I do like the idea of it. It folds up to a narrower overall size than my previous boards.I have always had metallic covers under the main board to reduce the time for ironing, but it's not needed on the board. I also use a steam generator iron and it sits really nicely on the board.I do like Joesph joesph products generally, but this is a great product.It's hard to rave about an ironing board, and it hurts the inner youth within me, but that's testament to how good the board is that I wrote the review anyway

Buying this product was a very difficult decision because there were so many bad reviews. I had to make a decision between this Joseph Joseph Glide Plus Board or a Brabantia. I took a leap of faith and ordered Joseph Joseph knowing that it would be difficult to return, because I live in South Africa. But to my surprise the ironing board was very sturdy and not wobbly at all as so many customers complained. When I tried to fold it up I realized why so many customers complained. Before you close it completely, you need to change the height setting first and then it closes very easily. I also love the little latch that holds it in place, after you fold it up. The overall build quality and quality of construction is very good. I am totally baffled by some of the customer complaints that made me hesitant to buy this product. But I am very satisfied with my purchase. I will be some more Joseph Joseph ironing boards in the near future for other family members as gifts. Highly recommend. PS! A wobbly ironing board can easily be fixed by simply bending the legs so it is level. But in my case, my ironing board arrived in perfect order. Thank you Joseph Joseph for this amazing product.

brought as my husband does most of the ironing and our old board wasn't very high. He is very happy with the new board. Its high enough he doesnt hurt his back. Its steardy and looks good
