If i wear xl in kids would s fit me in men?

Based on waist sizes given in the size chart a boys XL is 28-30. The size chart for men's S shows the waist size as 28-30.

What size is 33-34 waist

I purchased XL. I think that size would be a Med.

Are these 9 pak or 7 pak?

Both packs I ordered and received had 9 package printed on them. So there was supposed to be 18 briefs. After opening both packages and taking them out to put away I only had 16 briefs. Should have opened one ok at a time, but either one oak was missing 2 briefs ? Or each pack was missing on each ok? Either way should have had 18 briefs and only had 16 total.
